A boost for Computer Training Centre in Chakauti : Naval Kishor Thakur

To boost the computer literacy among students at a new Computer Training Centre in Chakauti, it has  been decided by its Core Committee (Shri Naval Kishor Thakur  & Adv Shubh Chandra Jha)   
to provide quality education further subsidized by some philanthropists and well wishers of the Village, including Shri Naval  Kishor Thakur, an upcoming entrepreneur currently running a Computer Software Company in Delhi and Adv. Shubh Chandra Jha, a prominent  Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court.  Shri Shubh Chandra Jha, born and brought up in Chakauti, with his life time experience in Central Bank of India is  well known for his mature, social and elite views as an opinion builder on all matters of social, cultural, religious  and political importance among the maithil community in Delhi.


In an interview to the "Chakauti Development"  Shri Naval opened up his wider plan to promote education in Chakauti and neighbouring area. He would like to assist the Amoli Maadhyamik Vidyalaya by financing recruitment of teachers till the time Government is able to fill the vacancies.  There are only six teachers in the school  instead of 24 teachers required there. He has an enthusiastic view for the development of the village, as he feels that this is the right time for Indians to move from big cities to the village; whereas cities will be the work place for big industrialists and FDI, the villages will be good working places for small entrepreneurs.

An ITI in Chakauti being opened by Shri Amar Lal, a pioneer in Technical Education.

Shri Amar Lal ji has complete plans for path of progress for Chakauti's struggling youth. For the first time in Chakauti, an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) has been planned.  This is a great step forward for industrialisation of Chakauti and the areas around it.  Students desiring to seek technical jobs will be prepared at this centre for building their career.  The first training course to start will be on "Electrical Trade", which will  begin with two batches of 21 each in 2012. The plan for 2013 is to train 84 student in four batches.  The institute providing vocational training will be affiliated tothe National Council for Vocational Training as well as the Directorate General of Employment and Training and the Bihar state Council for Vocational Training.

Jai Sandhya Memorial  Trust has already been formed to organise the affairs of the ITI which is due for registration on November 22, 20011 at the District Registration Office and scheduled for inauguration on December 31st, 2011 in Dakshinbari Tola, on the western side of the road in the building  where a Post Office was situated in the past. Progress in Chakauti's Electrification

Chakauti's electrification is in progress.  The poles and wiring are already complete in  Ward No. 10 (Keotoli, Pachhbari Tola, Dachhinbari Tola, Malahtoli and Musahari) and most of the BPL families are having electricity connection. People in other wards, namely, Darrima, Banrahi,Pandit Tola , Pubari Tola and Deorhi) are still waiting for the poles, wiring and electrification.
